Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day Volunteer Opportunity
United Way of Southeastern Connecticut partners with Ben & Jerry's to assist with their annual Free Cone Day. It is an event that happens nationwide where Ben & Jerry's give back to their communities, and they partner with local nonprofits to do it. It offers a chance to raise money for good causes and get something sweet in the process!
What Volunteers Will Do
Volunteers will be active in scooping ice cream and promoting the day's festivities. United Way will have a table at the event to provide information and take donations. It is a very exciting day!
What to Bring / Wear
- Closed-toed shoes
- Hats, all hair must be covered
- Comfortable attire for standing and something this okay getting messy
